| This school was visited by our sponsorship coordinator.
It is out in the bush where the children had never seen a
white person. The classrooms are just wattle and daub
with a thatch roof and no equipment.
We have begun to build the school but desperately need more funds. We need at least £10,000.
We wish to build 4 classrooms and a heads office and staff room.
One classroom to be partitioned so that it can be made into a large
hall for the community. There needs to be large water tanks to
collect the water for the community and also solar panels so there
is some electricity in the community. The nearest primary school
to this is 5 miles and the nearest secondary school is 7 miles.
Desks cost £15 each.
